מֵקִ֨ים מֵעָפָ֜ר דָּ֗ל מֵֽאַשְׁפֹּת֙ יָרִ֣ים אֶבְי֔וֹן לְהוֹשִׁיב֙ עִם־נְדִיבִ֔ים וְכִסֵּ֥א כָב֖וֹד יַנְחִלֵ֑ם כִּ֤י לַֽיהוָה֙ מְצֻ֣קֵי אֶ֔רֶץ וַיָּ֥שֶׁת עֲלֵיהֶ֖ם תֵּבֵֽל׃
Innalza i poveri dalla polvere, solleva i bisognosi dalla collina del letame, per farli sedere con i principi e ereditare il trono di gloria; Poiché i pilastri della terra sono il Signore'S, E ha posto il mondo su di loro.

From the dunghill (ashpot): It is singular with the construct of achot (sister), which when it is complete (plural) is achiyot. And the gathering [of dunghills) is (like in Lamentations 4:5), "embraced the ashpatot," in exchange for the accent being soft.
